Refund Policy

  • No refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Change in circumstances

    • Items too big/small for your space

  • Refunds not available in-store; only processed via bank transfer.

  • Requirements:

    • Original invoice

    • Bank account details

  • Processing time: 3–5 working days

  • Non-refundable costs:

    • Delivery

    • Assembly

    • Upstairs delivery

    • Long-term finance fees

  • Mattresses & mattress protectors: Not eligible for refund or exchange, even if unopened (for hygiene reasons).

 

Exchange / Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations:

    • 20% restocking fee applies

    • Remaining amount issued as a credit note (valid for 12 months, not redeemable for cash)

    • Only applies to items in original packaging

  • No exchange or refund for:

    • Mattresses (even if unopened)

    • Made-to-order or NZ-made products

  • Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable
