At Home Furniture, we aim to make your furniture collection or delivery experience smooth, convenient, and stress-free.
Before You Order
Please ensure:

Your selected items will fit in your intended space.

Entryways (doors, stairwells, lifts) are wide enough for delivery access.
Many items are flat-packed for easy transport, but larger pieces like sofas may be bulky. Assembly may be required for some products, contact your nearest store for assembly service options and pricing.
Pick-Up Service

Free in-store pick-up is available for online purchases.

Select Pick Up at checkout, and your chosen store will contact you within 24 hours to arrange collection.

Pick-up availability may vary; some items may take up to 7 days depending on store location.

You must provide your own transport and protective materials (e.g., straps, covers), as Home Furniture does not supply these.
Home Delivery
If you prefer delivery:

We’ll arrange delivery to your nominated address on a convenient day.

Delivery charges apply and vary by item and location.

Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.

If paid by phone using a credit card, the cardholder must be present for verification.

Missed deliveries may incur re-delivery fees.

Ensure clear access for delivery, including doorways, stairwells, lifts, and driveways.

For upstairs deliveries, notify the store in advance.
Delivery Costs
Costs depend on item size and location. For remote or regional areas, contact our sales team before or after purchase to discuss options.
Online Orders

Order Issues

Incorrect Item: Contact us immediately. We’ll replace it at no cost, though delivery time may depend on stock availability.

Missing Item: Let us know and we’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

PO Boxes: We do not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
